Have you ever wondered how to recharge your batteries in the midst of a crazy busy life? \u2728<\/p>\n

Most complementary or alternative therapies aim to rebalance the vital body, your center of good energy (or lack thereof).<\/p>\n

When I regained my health and life from Lyme, there were still a few residual symptoms such as fatigue and fibromyalgia-type pain. Even with no evidence of pathogens in my body.<\/p>\n

In January, one of my doctorate classes taught me 85hrs of content on an evidence-based therapy that has been used and FDA approved for over 30 years. I didn’t know about this AT ALL before my class and was so excited to try it! I’ve literally been recharging my batteries on a daily basis and here are the results (most of which were present within 10 days of using it):<\/p>\n

– Increased energy
\n– Better sleep (like really deep)
\n– All pain gone
\n– Better stamina and endurance with effort
\n– Return to my pre-Lyme muscle strength
\n– Hair growing really fast
\n– Even more joy and good mood<\/p>\n
